How do I know which type of session I want?

If you still aren’t sure after reading the information about which session might be right for you on the Work With Me page, reach out to me through the contact form and we can discuss what might be best on the consultation call.

What if I want to heal from my past and work on my future?

I have lots of clients who do both so this is definitely something you can do. We can start with the healing process and then link in working on your future when you’re ready.

How frequent are sessions?

All sessions are weekly.

How long are sessions?

Depending on which option you choose, they range between 50 and 90 minutes.

How much are sessions?

I don’t put my prices on here because they are different based on the work we will do together. But as I say next to the contact form, this is not a low-cost service so please bear this in mind when reaching out.

If I choose the ongoing sessions, how many will it take to get me to where I want?

Unfortunately I can’t give you an answer to this, it depends on how often and for how long I see you, as well as what you are wanting to work on. I have clients see me for as little as 10 weeks to 6 months or more. But remember in the grand scheme of your life and to change it for the better, this is not that long, it takes time to work on you!

How do I know if it’s working / you’re right for me?

This is for me to be aware of so if for whatever reason I feel I can’t help you or the process isn’t working I will let you know. This process does take time however some weeks you will feel lots of change and others less so. But to give you some reassurance I have never had to let a client go or a client decide to drop-off once we have started working together :)
