The Work
In the therapy world, we often hear about ‘changing’ or ‘fixing’ people.
But that doesn’t sit well with me.
The work I do is all about getting to the crux of you really are by uncovering the layers of pain that currently sit on top of you.
It’s about allowing you to be so vulnerable with yourself in front of me that you begin to expose your true self.
That is the only way to a happier, more peaceful mind.

Who I work with
I work with adults (18+) on an individual basis. I am able to help with a range of issues:

How do I know which type of session I want?
If you aren’t sure, book in a consultation call and we can discuss which option might be best.
How frequent are ongoing sessions?
All sessions are weekly but can more if you want.
How long are sessions?
50 minutes online, 55 minutes in person.
How much are sessions?
I don’t put my prices on here because it depends on which option you go with. But as I say next to the contact form, this is not a low-cost service so please bear this in mind when reaching out.
If I choose the ongoing sessions, how many will it take to get me to where I want?
Unfortunately I can’t give you an answer to this, it depends on how often and for how long I see you, as well as what you are wanting to work on. I have clients see me for as little as 10 weeks to 6 months or more. But remember in the grand scheme of your life and to change it for the better, it will always be worth it.
How do I know if it’s working / you’re right for me?
If we’re doing the work week-in week-out, it’s working, it just may need time for you to see it. It rarely happens that I start working with someone and we’re not a good fit (as this is what the consultation call is for). But transparency is key so I ask we both stay honest about how we feel working together.
Do you do in-person sessions?
Yes, in Canggu, Bali.
