Hi, I’m Will.

I’m not like other therapists or coaches. Once you start with me, you won’t choose anyone else, and by the time we finish, you’ll never need someone like me again.

With training across therapy, coaching, couples counselling, and trauma work, I bring a flexible toolkit to our sessions. Because life is complex, I adapt to meet you where you are—never forcing you into a one-size-fits-all approach. That means we’ll get to the root of what’s going on, but we’ll also translate it into clear, practical steps you can actually use.

I built this approach from my own mess — mistakes, breakdowns, breakthroughs. I know what it feels like to fall apart, and I know what it takes to rebuild something stronger. That’s the work I will do with you that feels real, right and is yours.
